I was recently asked how you could create inside page bleeds in InDesign, without affecting the opposite page.  The solution to this is to uncheck “Allow Pages to Shuffle” allowing you to drag the pages apart in oder to apply the full bleed.  David Blatner writes about this in detail on InDesignSecrects.com.
