I created this trivia game to educate and motivate Best Buy reps to more actively sell cable services at their respective stores. It actually was created to play full screen at tradeshow pods. I think it turned out pretty well and since it was built using XML it was easy to update. Plus I had great print creative to work from. Check it out!

Recently presented at an Adobe eSeminar called What’s New in CS3 Web Premium. It’s now available onDemand here.  In short, watch it and learn: Photoshop CS3 Extended – the in’s and out’s Fireworks CS3 – The resurgence of this optimization and “prototyping” tool Dreamweaver CS3 – Error checking and cut/paste from Photoshop! Flash CS3 – video, graphics, error checking, copy/paste animations.  Sweet stuff! So much info your head might explode!

So I’ve been frequenting creativecow.net and answering questions there.  As a way to help out that large audience and to keep me sharp.  It’s nice to have answers to questions but it’s also fun trying to figure out how to do things. Projects are often like a big puzzle that you use tools (Flash) to put together. And I like puzzles.  Join me online if you want!  It’s a great resource.

Here’s an interactive map I created for National Geographic.  The thing that was probably trickiest concerning it was not navigating the large map, but having the small map move and scale with the large map.  It’s also XML driven with the XML containing the latitude and longitude data, so I had to do some conversions there.  Pretty tricky but the results are nice.
